Our leadership team at Ambient Sustainable Living is headed by Managing Directors Steve Roe, Holger Schuetz, bringing extensive construction experience with a specialisation in SIP panel systems, while Holger, our smart home systems expert, integrates cutting edge automation technology. Together, our directors leverage combined construction and building-systems experience to deliver innovative, sustainable living solutions.
Ambient does more than use SIPs. Homes are engineered as complete systems from day one. SIP panels, triple glazed windows, smart shading, stone coated metal roofing, advanced cladding, and comprehensive home automation are specified to work together. Wireless automation enables approximately streamlined electrical installation and gives the homeowner simple smartphone control from anywhere.
Delivery timing is confirmed for each project after design, approvals, procurement and site review. Ambient uses the BuildXact client portal so clients can make selections before design meetings, view regular progress photos, and communicate directly with the team. At handover, clients receive a full walkthrough and smart system training.
Ambient serves the Perth metropolitan area and Margaret River. Every project is backed by a structural warranty and ongoing support for the integrated smart systems.
Ambient Sustainable Living delivers intelligent, sustainable homes in weeks, not years. Contact the team to book a consultation and see how a SIP‑first, smart‑home approach accelerates delivery, reduces energy use, and improves the building experience.
Ambient Sustainable Living is the customer-facing brand presented on this website. The public records below use two different company names, so every proposal and contract should identify the exact legal entity responsible for that engagement.
Registration details should be checked against the WA public builder register before engagement.
Ambient Sustainable Living is the customer-facing brand used on this website. ASLWA is shorthand used in the website domain. Owner Builder WA is presented as a separate private service associated with ASL and is not affiliated with the Western Australian Government. The proposal and signed agreement must identify which legal entity supplies each service.
ASL can work under a building contract or, where expressly agreed, provide a defined service through the Owner Builder WA pathway. The proposal and signed agreement identify who contracts each trade, who pays suppliers, who controls the site, the applicable fee or mark-up, and where ASL’s responsibility ends. An owner-builder retains the statutory responsibilities that apply to an owner-builder.
The ASL Display House project page contains current project photography and scope information. Additional completed-project locations and client testimonials will only be published when the project details and permission to use them have been confirmed.
